The following is a partial list of the commercial, industrial and multi-family developments that we have completed over the past 35 years:

In excess of 1,250,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and office space has been constructed in DuPage County (Triton II Industrial Park and O'Hare High Tech Center for Commerce and Industry).

A 110 acre Planned Unit Development for commercial, industrial, office and multi-family uses in Lake County (Gurnee Center for Commerce and Industry).

The construction of Wedgewood Creek Apartments, Royal Oak Apartments and Country Faire Village Apartments (Phase I & II) all in Lake County, IL consisting of 778 total units.

Over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and office properties are currently being managed by the property management division of Nordic Properties LTD.
